Dr. Reitherman asked about my history. After sharing my story (low grade DCIS, 3 surgeries, a close margin, no radiation and no further mammograms), his response was, “While legally I still need to recommend mammograms as standard of care, I think an annual MRI is a reasonable approach.”
My approach to breast health is so much more than an annual MRI! It’s been four years and I am still happily following Donna’s Daily Rx.

Congratulations Donna! February 7th will be my 2-year anniversary. I did get a copy of my bloodwork, and it looks good. I see the oncologist the end of the month.
