Dr. Stephen Feig, Professor of Radiology and Director of Breast Imaging at UC Irvine, gave me the results of my Aurora RODEO MRI today. He said, “nothing suspicious — see you in a year!” 🙂

  1. Awesome news! Congratulations!

I had my 6 month mammo and sonogram last Wednesday and I got an all clear report too. Only they said “see you in 6 months”. I will be seeing the breast specialist Dr on Wednesday for my continuing treatment plan. I’m prepared to get the lecture for refusing standard of care, and I’m sure her recommendation will be to continue mammos every 6 months for the next 5 years because the radiologist already told me that. When I asked about alternatives such as thermography, she said it wasn’t proven to detect early cancers. Exactly the opposite of everything I’ve read about them. I don’t know what I’ll do but I feel comfortable NOT getting radiated every 6 months in an area that’s already had cancer, especially after reading the articles you posted about thyroid cancers.

Continuing in the quest for HEALTHY healing!
